Case Study - Western Australia Museum
Western Australia Museum established in 1891 is one of the oldest organisations in the state. As with any museum, it has accumulated an enormous wealth of records, special publications and supplements pertaining to birds, mammals and reptiles.
Many of the documents are donated and are priceless with generally only a handful of copies in the world. ADEC Preview was approached to digitise these documents, which would then be uploaded into the museums online 'Publications of Western Australia' repository for viewing by the general public.

Heritage and Preservation
As one of a very small number of accredited scanning partners to The National Archive based at Kew in the United Kingdom, ADEC Preview takes the digitisation of historic documents very seriously.
Heritage and preservation work can be undertaken at ADEC Preview's specialist site or on client premises. If the material needs to be transported then it will be moved in ADEC Preview's vehicles using a team of staff familiar with delicate material.
Loyalty Card and Donations Management
Political Parties, Charities and other 'not for profit' organisations rely on donations for their survival and growth.
From the initial campaign inception to the management of the database of donors, ADEC Preview's team and its partners are there to help maximise the amounts collected.
