Customer Survey Results 2007

We have had a large number of responses to our Customer Satisfaction Survey which we sent out earlier this month. A big thank you to all of you who responded and provided us with feedback.

While we continually work to improve our service levels, we were pleased to see that overall we were rated Above Average in most of the categories in the survey. We were particularly delighted to read that we received a 98% approval rating from people stating that they would be happy to recommend ADEC Preview.

ADEC Preview expands and increases services

Over recent months, there have been a number of significant happenings with ADEC Preview acquiring and taking on the activities of two companies as well as expanding our own internal teams as necessary.

In September, ADEC Preview acquired February Automation which provides a complementary set of data management solutions to large blue-chip and government organisations. This was then followed by the acquisition of Document Reduction Services (DRS) which provides a specialist storage reduction and protection system. Both acquisitions have helped to develop and expand ADEC Preview's capabilities into complementary areas and markets.

In addition, we'd like to welcome Ed May who has taken on the role of Bureau Production Manager within ADEC Preview and is heading up the expansion of the production teams. Ed joins us with a wealth of experience in managing large technology projects.

Finally, we'd like to let you know that over the Christmas week, ADEC Preview will be open as normal from the 27th - 31st December but the offices will be closed on Christmas Eve.

Space to move at Carillion

When it comes to major construction projects, Carillion is at the forefront as one of the UK’s leading support services and construction companies, employing over 50,000 people across the world. With projects of this size comes a paperwork mountain to match and the efficient storage of all the drawings and information can provide an "Everest" size headache.

It was just such a situation that Carillion found themselves in. Several recently completed projects had generated so much documentation that it required several rooms and two lock ups to house!
